Many thanks for your email and the video clip. Thanks to your efforts I am now the only person in the UK self isolating after premier golf tuition!  Seriously I enjoyed every minute and I am determined to keep up the momentum.

This is our second year staying in the Vila Sol Hotel and Golf Resort. The hotel and course have both been taken over by the hotel group Pestana. We travelled with our ten year old son who is an avid golfer but rarely gets a chance to play on such a tremendous course as is available in Vila Sol. However the true jewel in the crown is Golf Professional, Richard Hudson.

Last year we enrolled our son in the Teaching Centre. The coaching was excellent, Richard’s expertise was obvious but the way he relates to younger golfers was superb. On our return we immediately sought out Richard and much to our relief found him as usual coaching on the course.

This year we organised a 30 minute private coaching session each day at the Teaching Centre, complete with, driving range and practice area for chipping and putting. Our son loved every minute of his time with Richard, who once again showed all his true talent as an excellent golf professional coach. His attention to detail, easy to understand instruction and general ability to work with younger golfers is a joy to watch.

In a week our son improved immensely. All due to the perseverence, patience and kindness shown by Richard. We can’t wait to go back for more. Rory McIlroy watch out!!

Two 1 hour lessons with Richard, came off feeling 1000x better. Cracking bloke and great teacher! I will be back.
